تطبيق لمّك (Lammk) — تشغّله Smart Orientation Enterprise — هو خدمة لتوصيل المياه تربط العملاء بالسائقين. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

2. كيف نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم بياناتك لتقديم الخدمة (طلب المياه، مطابقة العميل بالسائق، التتبّع المباشر، الدفع، التقييم)، وإدارة حسابك، وإرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بطلباتك، وتحسين الخدمة والدعم الفني.

3. مشاركة البيانات

السائق/العميل: يُشارك الموقع المباشر بين الطرفين أثناء الطلب النشط فقط.
بوابات الدفع: تُعالَج بيانات الدفع لدى مزوّدي دفع خارجيين (لا نخزّن بيانات البطاقات داخل التطبيق).
Google Firebase: لإرسال الإشعارات الفورية.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث.

4. أمان البيانات

تُنقل جميع البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS / TLS). ونتّبع إجراءات معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرّح به.

5. حذف الحساب والبيانات

يحق لك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية. يمكنك ذلك من داخل التطبيق أو بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه، وسنستجيب وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها.

6. الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه للبالغين وليس مخصّصًا للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

Lammk, operated by Smart Orientation Enterprise, is a water-delivery service connecting customers and drivers. This policy explains what data we collect, and how we use and protect it.

1. Data We Collect

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to provide the service (water requests, customer–driver matching, live tracking, payments, ratings), manage your account, send order-related notifications, and improve the service and support.

3. Data Sharing

Driver/Customer: live location is shared between the two parties only during an active order.
Payment gateways: payment data is processed by third-party providers (we do not store card data in the app).
Google Firebase: for push notifications.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS / TLS). We follow reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal data from within the app or by contacting us at the email below; we will respond in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Children

The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
